South Terrace
On a small, corner site dominated by a gorgeous, heritage-listed cottage, our concept had to deftly balance practical feasibility with local planning constraints. We chose to juxtapose the cottage with a modern aesthetic, in turn framing and celebrating the original brick-and-mortar structure.
