The Seasonal

Our design takes advantage of an existing warehouse space, transforming it into an inviting venue which attracts both locals and visitors to the centre of the Maylands entertainment precinct.

The contract with the client included a base build and restoration as well as a full fit-out of the tenancy.

We established a thorough understanding of the client’s brief, complete with specialised requirements for the fully functioning brewery, bar and restaurant which co-exist within an open, unashamed & welcoming vibe.

Seasonal Brewery has since been dubbed one of the best brewpubs in Perth.
