91 Broadway is a prime location along Broadway in Nedlands, offering breath-taking views of both the City and the Swan River thanks to a direct connection via Myers Street and its high-rise design that isn't obstructed by the University's structures.

The Broadway strip is currently undergoing intense development. Our design concept pays homage to the rich Art Deco architecture of the region by incorporating its iconic symmetry and materiality into a modern interpretation.

Amidst the many imposing new construction projects in the area, our concept provides a contrast with its fluid curves, Art Deco-inspired details, and dynamic forms, breaking away from the traditional rigid lines and large blocks of typical modern apartments.
